Alison Strother
GradDip Bus (Information Technology)

Alison has experience working with leading-edge technology since 1994 in areas such as graphical editing, webpage, business card & letterhead design, HTML, business analysis and project management.

Previous experience includes having managed overseas CD-Rom production, indepth client liaison to interpret individual business requirements into an electronic medium and managing a team to produce this material, Alison had a wide range of experience before working for AUT for six years providing an IT perspective within the Marketing Directorate of the Auckland University of Technology.

Working from a customer centric standpoint, she has driven major restructures of the AUT website. She has also implemented solutions to improve the efficiency of working processes through use of selective technologies. Completing the GradDipBus (IT) Alison combines information technology with marketing for a more rounded approach to IT-oriented business developments: Human Computer Interaction, Strategic Database Management Structure, Intelligent Business Systems, Information Engineering, Marketing Management and Strategic Brand Management and continues to up-skill.
